Placing an Order

Upon receipt of your Quotation Request Form (online or by fax - see Request a Quotation) we will send you a Quotation by e-mail. This will include costs, ordering details, payment options, and sample copies of the Data Licences.

Orders can then be placed by the following options:

• Supply of an official company purchase order (by post, fax or e-mail) and we will invoice you.
• Credit card payment by telephone (Visa, MasterCard and UK issued Maestro or Solo accepted).

Your SeaZone Licence(s) will then be e-mailed to you for signature and can be either faxed or e-mailed back.

Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days from receipt of a purchase order or credit card payment and the signed SeaZone Licence(s).

Depending on the data request, quicker delivery (within 2 working days) is available at a premium.

Normally, data are dispatched on CD-ROM. Urgent requests may be delivered via our secure FTP site (please call for details).
